bioforum_2011The Bioforum Fair has changed its format and its 10th anniversary edition will take place in two Polish cities – Łódź and Poznań, both of which are strong competitors in the Polish bio industry.

The main event will as usual take place in Łódź. Apart from the traditional company presentation stage, it will also feature conferences, seminars and meetings. „We would like to recommend the Bioforum Fair which is Central Europe’s biggest and most important biotechnological event where one can receive the most accurate information on the biotechnological industry and meet people who work in this field” says Lucyna Pieterek, Managing Director of NTPP.

The 2011 edition will for the first time feature an international satellite conference: „Business Meets Science in Europe’s Bio-regions” that will take place in Poznań and will be hosted by Nickel Technology Park Poznań – the BioAcademy Patron of the Bioforum Fair 2011. „We would like to encourage everybody to come to Poznań and participate in the conference. This is a perfect way to learn about international bio-region cooperation possibilities or biotechnological business potential. It is also a great opportunity to share experience and practical skills that are crucial in effective management of a biotechnological company” says Edyta Wodzińska host of the anniversary edition of the Bioforum Fair about Poznań’s initiative.
